Parts Inventory Specialist

Peter Boulware Toyota is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable individual to join our team as a Shipping and Receiving associate in Tallahassee this role you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth flow of inventory by managing the receipt storage and distribution of vehicle parts and supplies. The ideal candidate will be organized efficient and committed to maintaining accuracy in all shipping and receiving operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive inspect and accurately document incoming shipments of vehicle parts and supplies.
• Coordinate the organization and storage of materials in the warehouse to ensure easy access and inventory control.
• Prepare and process outgoing shipments verifying contents and proper labeling.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies or damages promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to schedule deliveries and ensure timely receipt of parts.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in shipping and receiving logistics or warehouse operations is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and documentation.
• Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
