Within the GDC Divisionthe Analytics Insights and Reporting (AIR)tribe supports the needs of data services for all the entities of the Euroclear Group. As a competency centre for analytics the team helps to transform data into insight using techniques such as text mining process mining network analytics or predictive modelling.

Your role as aJunior Cloud Engineerwould be to build innovative solutions that rely on cloud technologies to bringvalue to Euroclear as a data and insights-driven company.

In order to reach these objectives you will:

• Analyze requirements from your business stakeholders and develop solutions/program logic that fulfilthose requirements delivering new applications or modifying existing ones specifically on the AzureCloud
• Code test debug document implement and maintain software applications in your domain
• Actively contribute to the evolution of the cloud development practice at Euroclear in terms of insightscomponents technique
• Contribute to maturing new ideas (products technical components ) whether as proofs of concepts oras actual developments that are meant to become part of our production toolkit.

Profile

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Engineering or comparablequalification.
• Azure Cloud engineering (Data Lake ADF Key Vault Functions etc.)
• Databricks Spark (structured streaming performance tuning)
• SQL (advanced modelling and optimisation)
• Python
• Java or Scala (nice to have but highly valued)
• Power BI (nice to have but highly valued - datasets reports)

Will be considered as a plus

• Kubernetes knowledge (deployment orchestration scaling)
• Experience in lakehouse architectures
• Interest in UX/data storytelling
