Job Summary

This role involves directing monitoring assessing and handling Financial Lines claims and related aspects arising under Financial Lines
This position is accountable for:
- Claims Service
- Claims Quality
- Claims Reporting
- Expense Management
- Understanding and challenging legal advice as required on claims
- Provision of claims analysis and trends observed
Qualifications
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High degree of attention to detail& excellent analytic skills.
- Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills and capability to collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive and flexible approach to work.
- Approachable and friendly attitude.
- Ability to work autonomously employinitiativeto find solutionsprioritizeand exercise discretion.
- Excellentorganizationaland administration skills.
- Technical competence with software packages including MSWordExcel andPower-point.
Bachelors degree or equivalent inLaw preferred.
3-5years in Financial Linesclaimshandling or similarrelevantinsurance experience preferred.
Advantage for those with experience in Legal practice.
