We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Support Agent to assist our real estate team with administrative tasks client communication and transaction coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented tech-savvy and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via email chat and phone in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule property showings meetings and appointments for agents
- Maintain and update CRM systems with client and property information
- Assist with listing management including uploading property details and photos
- Coordinate real estate transactions from contract to closing
- Prepare and manage documents contracts and reports
- Conduct basic market research and data entry
- Support marketing efforts (social media posts email campaigns etc.)
- Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service virtual assistance or real estate support preferred
- Familiarity with real estate processes and terminology is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy
