You will report directly to our Global Sr. Director Sales this role your impact on the company will be significant. By leading and driving transformative initiatives you will optimize our sales operations and elevate our overall sales strategy contributing to the companys financial success and market leadership. Your ability to shape and implement best practices foster innovation and ensure operational efficiency will be crucial in driving the success of our sales organization.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and drive the Sales Excellence strategy and initiatives to achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement sales processes tools and methodologies to enhance sales performance and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address sales process gaps and opportunities
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
- Monitor and analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Manage and optimize sales operations including forecasting pipeline management and sales analytics
- Develop and implement a rigorous sales operating cadence and playbook on all the critical sales processes including strategy deployment performance management recruitment onboarding training coaching and technology enablers.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelors degree
- 8 years experience in Sales/Commercial Sales Operations and/or Marketing Leadership
- Proven experience in sales leadership roles with a focus on driving sales excellence
- Strong understanding of sales processes methodologies and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
