DESCRIPTION:
Join our collaborative team as a Marketing Analyst where youll support data-driven decision making and strategic marketing this role youll transform complex data into actionable insights that contribute to business growth and customer success. Working with advanced tools and technologies youll partner across teams to help analyze marketing performance optimize campaigns and deliver strategic recommendations that enhance our digital presence and customer experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (channels funnel stages campaignobjectives conversion logic)
Hands-on experience with digital analytics tools particularly Adobe Analytics (including event tracking segment set-up segmentation and funnel analysis)
Familiarity with campaign tracking frameworks (UTMs CIDs tagging strategy attribution approaches)
Experience analyzing multi-channel pre-click and post-click performance (paid media email web social) and connecting data across platforms
Ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations including identifying optimization opportunities and challenging campaign performance
Design and implement scalable data pipelines and transformation workflows tocurate marketing and customer data into analytics-ready datasets.
Create andoptimizedatabase schemas tables and views aligned to businessrequirements and performance needs.
Build andmaintaindata infrastructure using modern data stack practices includinggovernance and secure access patterns asappropriate foranalytics
Collaborate with other analytics team members to ensure curated datasets supportongoing analysis and advanced measurement initiatives and create new ones asneeded
Support dashboard and reporting development by delivering report-ready datasetsincluding cleansed/standardized tables for KPI monitoring
Contribute to KPI monitoring and insights workflows by ensuring reporting logic isreproducible and consistent across teams/tools
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
BS or MS Degree in math statistics computer science data science or related
Minimum4(BS) or 2 (MS)years of work experience in data analytics digital enablement or related field
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and experience of building data models
Proficiencyin Excel SQL/ Python/ R Power BI (orsimilartools)
Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate sophisticated data models and business problems
Ability to work across a matrix org structure and effectively influence business partners
Self-motivated able to drive actions to completion with intensity and ownership
Passionate about learning business and data analytics/ data science
Experience with the Databricks platform including Databricks SQL Delta Lake and the Unity Catalog is a plus
Comfortable in a fast-paced working environment
