We are a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) offering a variety of senior lifestyle options including independent living memory support assisted living and skilled nursing/ long-term care. Additionally the onsite rehabilitation clinic offers inpatient and outpatient physical occupational and speech therapies and state-of-the-art programs designed to enhance the quality of life for residents and patients in the local community. We are currently looking forSTNAs (State Tested Nursing Assistants)to join our team!

As a RCA you will

• Follows the resident assessment in providing services to residents.

• Assists in the updating of each residents assessment.

• Assists resident with personal laundry if requested.

• Assists in preparing residents for meals serving meals bussing tables duringmealtimes and cleaning the dining room.

• Assists with cleaning residents apartments.

• Assists residents with activities of daily living: bathing dressing eating toileting hygiene and mobility.

• Reminds residents to take prescribed medication.

• Encourages socialization among residents.

We are currently looking for RCAs to join our team! To qualify you need a:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Must enjoy working with the senior population
• One year of caregiving experience (preferred)
