Aufgaben

Your tasks this is what awaits you in detail

• You automate complex business processes in a reliable and maintainable way using tools like n8n
• You create and optimize AI agents using modern LLMs and related tooling (prompting retrieval evaluation/guardrails RAG)
• You partner with business departments to analyze redesign and automate new and existing processes from discovery to rollout
• You collaborate with our Center of Excellence for Automation to propose prioritize and lead initiatives that improve our automation and AI platforms
• You work cross-functionally with technical experts product managers and business leaders to share best practices document patterns and enable self-serve automation across the company

Profil

Your profile this is what we expect from you

• You are comfortable scripting in JavaScript for n8n Function nodes or have equivalent experience (foundational programming skills Python experience etc.)
• You have experience with automation/orchestration tools like n8n Zapier Make etc.
• You are comfortable integrating SaaS tools and internal systems via APIs webhooks OAuth and event-driven patterns
• You are proficient with APIs and data manipulation: JSON REST SQL for joins/aggregations and the occasional regex
• Experience with prompt engineering and building AI Agents is a plus
• You are a strong communicator who can explain trade-offs to both business and engineering stakeholders and create concise documentation/playbooks
• You enjoy working in an international environment and you are fluent in English (C1); good German skills (B2) are a plus
