Our mission at HEY HOLY: Take dog health to the next level through nutrition. Instead of one-size-fits-all we build breed-specific functional food - developed with vets designed to give every dog a long healthy life.
What started as an idea in 2022 is now a fast-growing DTC subscription model delivering to over 20000 dogs. Our team of 15 is set to grow to 35 by end of 2026: now is the perfect time to join.
As a Working Student in Business Development youll work directly with the Founder Associate and the founders - on projects that shape the entire company. Youll get a holistic view of what it really takes to run a fast-growing startup: from strategy and data to operational decisions. We work AI-first. With real tools real workflows and a genuine ambition to automate everything that can be automated. • You independently analyze performance data across the business - from paid social and product launches to subscription retention - and turn findings into concrete recommendations
• You actively contribute to our retention strategy: spotting patterns in the data identifying levers and helping develop and execute initiatives
• You build AI-powered workflows and automations alongside us using tools like Claude Code N8N and custom-coded apps making our internal processes faster and smarter
• You research new tools potential partners and operational improvements - and bring structured recommendations not open questions
• You take ownership of smaller projects end-to-end - across all areas of the business from idea to execution

• Studies some experience: Youre studying business management economics or similar and youve already had a taste of startup consulting or another fast-paced environment
• Structured doer with an ownership mindset: You think in priorities dont lose the plot when 10 things are happening at once and genuinely enjoy getting things done independently
• Hands-on Obviously: You dont think twice about rolling up your sleeves for operational tasks. Whatever it takes to move the team forward
