Position Summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking an experienced Application Development Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex technology initiatives across multiple development teams. This role requires a strong background in Agile delivery application development lifecycle management and cross-functional program execution. The ideal candidate will drive alignment between engineering product and business stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for application development initiatives ensuring alignment with business goals and technical strategy
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across cross-functional Agile teams
• Drive Agile best practices including sprint planning backlog grooming and delivery tracking
• Partner with engineering product and business stakeholders to define program scope timelines and deliverables
• Identify risks dependencies and blockers; proactively implement mitigation strategies
• Track and report on program performance milestones and KPIs to senior leadership
• Ensure consistent communication and coordination across all stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement of development processes and delivery frameworks

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a Program Manager specifically within application development environments
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban etc.)
• Proven ability to manage large-scale cross-functional technology programs
• Excellent communication stakeholder management and organizational skills
• Experience working closely with engineering and product teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with enterprise-scale systems and regulatory environments
• Experience working in hybrid (onsite/offsite) delivery models
