Job Description: Project/Program Manager (Contractor)

Location: Plano TX (Onsite - Plano East) Business Unit: Bank CRO Strategic PMO Duration: 8 Months (1416 Total Hours) Category: IT / Technical

We are seeking a seasoned Project/Program Manager to join the Bank CRO Strategic PMO. This role is responsible for orchestrating multiple complex projects to achieve overarching program goals. You will oversee the entire lifecycle from inception to delivery ensuring all initiatives remain aligned with cost performance and schedule requirements.

• Strategic Planning: Define and report on program roadmaps success metrics and development issues.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify and monitor areas of risk; implement mitigation strategies to ensure program stability.
• Stakeholder Management: Facilitate high-level communication and coordination across projects to ensure stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.
• Financial Oversight: Build and manage program budgets continuously seeking opportunities to improve cost efficiency.
• Operational Awareness: Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends business conditions and internal practices impacting the program.

The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in Operational Risk within a financial services environment.

• Primary Skill: Deep Operational Risk Knowledge (Experience with PRCI RCSA Monitoring & Testing).
• Experience: Proven track record in managing large-scale programs from inception through delivery.
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to leverage standard PMO tools to track status roadmap and budget.

• Work Schedule: Standard 40-hour week (8 hours/day).
• Onsite Requirement: This position is 100% onsite at the USAA Plano East campus (5543 Legacy Drive).
• Equipment: The supplier is responsible for providing computer equipment for the worker.
• CSI Access: This role will not handle Confidential Supervisory Information.
