PAY RATE: $14-49.50/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Serve as a strategic communications partner supporting Environmental Safety & Health (ESH) Ethics and IT organizations and their leadership

• Develop execute and evaluate communications and employee engagement plans using written visual and multimedia channels

• Create content across platforms including internal communication tools digital signage video and email/newsletters

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute employee communications initiatives

• Edit and distribute weekly communications including emails and newsletters

• Support drafting and distribution of executive communications and memos

• Drive employee engagement through creative storytelling and innovative communication strategies

• Translate complex technical or organizational topics into clear engaging content for broad audiences

• Maintain and support internal communication channels including digital signage systems

• Build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively with colleagues and leadership

• Support special projects and communications initiatives as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to obtain a security clearance

• Bachelor s degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism Marketing or a related field (preferred)

• Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and executive leadership

• Strong writing and editing skills with exceptional attention to detail

• Excellent time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment

• Strong interpersonal skills positive attitude and professional work ethic

• Must be a U.S. citizen to comply with security clearance requirements.
