Summary

The HR Business Partner is responsible for driving short-term HR objectives and acting as a key HR lead within asset leadership teams. The role focuses on talent acquisition employee relations talent development and organizational management. It involves implementing HR policies coaching managers and providing end-to-end support across the employee lifecycle to foster an engaged workforce.

Responsibilities

Lead the HR agenda for assigned assets and partner closely with asset leadership teams.
Provide HR business partner support across areas such as talent acquisition performance management employee relations and employee engagement.
Collaborate with line managers to understand staffing needs and coordinate with talent acquisition teams to ensure optimal resourcing.
Offer coaching and guidance to managers and supervisors on performance management discipline and related matters.
Handle employee relations issues including investigations and conflict resolution.
Support implementation and execution of HR policies processes and programs.
Deliver end-to-end support across all stages of the employee lifecycle.
Perform additional HR duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Strong knowledge of HR functions: talent acquisition employee relations performance management and engagement
Ability to partner with leadership and stakeholders effectively
Experience in coaching and advising managers
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Knowledge of HR policies practices and compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle employee relations issues and investigations
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Adaptability to dynamic business environments
