Description:
- Knowledge in working with one or more of the following tools: R and/or Python SQL AWS and GCP.
- Utilize data science expertise to develop improve and optimize analytics products with an emphasis on advancing data pipelines and enhancing the quality of genotyping/genomic and operational data at scale and providing technical support to facilitate daily genotyping/genomics data delivery.
- Works with cross-functional team to resolve data quality issues which may include implementing methodologies to assess and enhance the quality of genotyping/genomic data.
- Work closely with research scientists data scientists and software developers to integrate diverse datasets and foster collaborative research efforts.
- Ensure that the developed models align with ongoing research and development projects. Proficient in pre-processing of data decomposition of complex problems expert knowledge in data tools and methods storytelling and communication business acumen.
