Job Summary

Manager will do a phone interview first and then will be followed by in person interview. Potential contract to hire.

Core Responsibilities:

o Monitor maintain and repair building systems including mechanical plumbing electrical and fire life safety systems.

o Perform general preventive maintenance and corrective repairs for commercial HVAC and refrigeration units.

o Analyze complex technical problems and implement innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

o Minimum of five (5) years of building engineering experience.

o Strong focus on HVAC/R electrical and plumbing.

o EPA certification is preferred.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more and climb stairs or ladders.
