You will work with our passionate local team that wants to see you win. We generate and schedule your leads convert them into appointments and provide software training and support. Our clients invite you into their homes the ability to listen thoughtfully speak with confidence and present compelling solutions is what separates good designers from great ones.

Designers turn the chaos of each clients home into an organized work of art. We design and install custom closets home offices garages pantries and more. The solution you provide is so compelling our typical client buys or refers ten projects over their lifetime relationship.

This role gives your day structure purpose and a clear measure of how well you performed. Our best designers are students of their craft they invest in product knowledge refine their sales approach and get better every week. Our training program is designed to build your confidence alongside your skills you dont need to arrive with all the answers. Your product knowledge will develop through your existing skills energy and desire to learn.

Top performers earn $100000 in this role. The harder you work the better you get and the more you earn. Beyond commission we offer monthly and annual performance bonuses. Build an income thats entirely yours earned on your terms.

You must be available to host 4 appointments per week in clients homes. The schedule requires flexibility including evenings and Saturdays times that often work well for busy homeowners and flexible designers alike. Your territory is the entire city of Houston and your appointment locations reflect that. If its a mutual fit youll kick things off in our one-week paid training program.

Specific Requirements:

• 2 years of Sales Experience preferred but not required
