Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for selling our properties to potential clients building and maintaining relationships with customers and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Actively seek out and engage potential clients through various sales techniques such as cold calling networking and referrals.

2. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competition to identify new sales opportunities.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs and concerns.

4. Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our properties to potential buyers.

5. Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.

7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities customer interactions and transactions.

8. Attend industry events and conferences to expand network and promote the companys brand.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.

2. Proven experience in sales preferably in the real estate industry.

3. Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.

4. Excellent customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.

5. Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.

6. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

8. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
