Job Title: Front Office Executive
Role Summary
As the Front Office Executive you are the first point of contact for our company. You will manage the reception area coordinate front-desk activities and provide high-quality administrative support. Your goal is to ensure all visitors feel welcomed and that office operations run like a well-oiled machine.
Key Responsibilities

Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office; direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.

Communication Hub: Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.

Logistics & Mail: Receive sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries; manage outgoing couriers.

Security & Compliance: Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbooks issue visitor badges).

Administrative Support: Perform other clerical duties such as filing photocopying transcribing and faxing.

Facility Management: Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens forms and brochures).

Scheduling: Update calendars and schedule meetings/appointments for senior management.
