Job Summary
Designation- Coordinator- Indirect Tax
Location- Pune or Mumbai
Job Time- 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (WFO)
Job Type- Permanent
Experience- 1.5 -3 years relevant
Mandate Skills:
- Preparation of GST and VAT returns and mandate International experience in tax.
Key Role:
- Working with the local or regional teams in Tax Accounting Credit Accounts Payable and Operations
- Assist with the preparation of VAT/GST returns of about 10 countries
- Assist with the preparation of Withholding Tax returns of a few countries
- Reconcile the tax balances and resolve any reconciling items
- Analyse and implement best practices and internal controls related to indirect tax sensitive processes such as VAT/GST on entertainment expenses company cars reconciliation import VAT to Customs records documentary evidence for exports and other zero-rated/exempt sales
- Support during Indirect Tax Audits
- Contribute to specific projects such as mergers ERP transformation e-Invoicing etc
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications MS Word Advanced Excel Access
