Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our international sales operations.

If you are strong in coordination documentation and client communication this role offers great exposure to the global business environment

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with international clients & sales team

Prepare and manage export documentation (Invoice Packing List BL etc.)

Handle order processing tracking & dispatch coordination

Follow up with logistics shipping & customs clearance teams

Maintain accurate records in ERP / CRM systems

Support sales team in quotations reports & client communication

Ensure timely delivery and smooth order execution

Requirements

Skills Required:

Strong experience in sales coordination / export documentation
Knowledge of export procedures & international trade terms (Incoterms)
Good communication skills (Email & client handling)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word) & ERP systems
Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
Basic understanding of logistics & shipping processes

Preferred Qualifications:

Any Graduate (Commerce / International Business preferred)
Experience in export house / trading / manufacturing company
