What You Will Get To Do:

The Client Success Manager is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships across a portfolio of regional or strategic clients. This role focuses on driving client satisfaction retention and growth by ensuring the successful delivery of services and solutions. Operating with a high level of autonomy the role requires strong problem-solving capability sound judgement and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The Client Success Manager works closely with internal teams to address client needs resolve issues and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and value creation.

  • Manage and develop strong long-term relationships with a portfolio of regional or strategic clients

  • Act as the primary point of contact ensuring a high standard of service delivery and client satisfaction

  • Proactively identify client needs risks and opportunities providing recommendations and solutions

  • Oversee client onboarding implementation and ongoing engagement to ensure successful outcomes

  • Monitor client performance against agreed service levels and address any gaps or issues

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. operations technology product) to deliver client solutions

  • Lead or support projects of moderate scope ensuring timely and quality delivery

  • Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members

  • Prepare and deliver client reporting reviews and insights to stakeholders

  • Contribute to process improvements and initiatives that enhance client experience and operational efficiency

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelors degree with 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Experience in Finance Investment Operations Fund Administration or Software Development is advantageous

  • Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders

  • Proactive and solutions-oriented with sound judgement and decision-making capability

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently

  • Collaborative approach working effectively across teams and functions

  • Analytical thinking with the ability to assess issues and recommend practical solutions

  • Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrates initiative accountability and a continuous improvement mindset
