Job Summary

Job Description – Ground Team (Field Engineers)

Qualification: 102Hardware Course and Networking Course/ Graduate with Hardware and

Networking Course Core Hardware and Networking Profile field profile.

Communication: Average English and good at Hindi or Local Language

Location: Bangalore Delhi Gurgaon Ahmedabad Hyderabad

Package: Up to INR 25000 CTC

Experience:

1 years (Trouble shoot card level hardware issues related to Laptops Desktops

Tablets Mobiles Printers and other accessories)

Roles and Responsibilities:

o Display (Module Type) Replacement:

Diagnose and replace faulty display modules.

o Motherboard Replacement:

Identify and replace defective motherboards.

o All-in-One PC Maintenance:

Understand components.

Repair or replace RAM hard drives etc.

Troubleshoot software and hardware.

o Workstation Model Expertise (Laptops and PCs):

Specialize in high-performance devices.

Diagnose complex issues.

Collaborate with engineering teams.

Must Have:

2-wheeler with a valid license.

Open for field profile.
