BDO Private Wealth Advisers Pty Ltd is one of Queenslands leading Private Wealth Advisory firms having been in business since 1988. Operating under our own Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) we differentiate ourselves as specialist advisers to private investors using our position in the market and experience with clients we continue to strive to deliver the best outcomes for some of Queenslands most prominent families.

Current opportunity

As a Client Service Officer you will manage all operational administrative and service related matters for a portfolio of financial planning clients.

Youll have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and to work with individuals and clients ranging from small to medium sized business owners sports stars medical professionals and senior executives.

Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • Liaise with clients in a client service capacity

  • Respond to written and verbal client enquiries and requests

  • Provide feedback to Wealth Advisers on the status of client accounts

  • Client review preparation of data checklists

  • Finalise statements of advice/paperwork/application forms and lodgements

  • Maintain existing client data in the database

  • Providing support to Advisers to deliver high quality client outcomes.

Ideally you will:

  • Have experience in a similar role or exposure to the Financial Planning industry or relevant qualifications

  • Must be a team player

  • High attention to detail

  • Prompt and efficient multitasking

  • High level of communication skills

  • Strong relationship building skills

  • Growth mindset and willingness to learn new things

  • Experience with XPlan software
