Description
Join the Myplant digital product team at INNIO and help shape the user experience of the digital solutions that are helping reshaping the energy transition.
We are looking a UI/UX expert to strengthen user-centered design across our digital product portfolio.
In this role you will design new user experiences improve existing applications support Product Owners with UX best practices and help build a scalable design foundation for the future.

Your responsibilities:
- Design user experiences for INNIO core digital applications
- Review existing workflows and identify UX improvement opportunities
- Support requirement workshops with users and stakeholders
- Create wireframes flows prototypes and UI designs in Figma
- Run UX tests for new and existing functionalities
- Help define and track UX improvements with measurable outcomes
- Train Product Owners on UX topics and share design best practices across the team
- Act as a UX quality reviewer in key product review processes
- Maintain and further develop the myplant design library
- Explore opportunities in AI-driven design
Your profile:
- Experience in UI/UX design for digital products
- Strong skills in user-centered design prototyping and usability testing
- Hands-on experience with Figma
- Ability to simplify complex workflows and user needs into intuitive designs
- Experience with design systems; familiarity with MUI is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
