JOB PURPOSE

This role is dedicated exclusively to Creative Automationusing technology to produce creative assets at scale. You will be designing and building automatable templates in a variety of creative software including Adobe After Effects Smartly Creative and Figma.

Having the right attitude is everythingas a junior wed like someone who is driven motivated and eager to learn. We will provide all the training you need and as such you dont necessarily need past experience in Creative Automation itself but you need to be naturally curious technically-minded and eager to experiment.

Were looking for candidates who never shy away from a challenge are excited to help find new and novel solutions to creative problems and who most importantly enjoy the more technical side of motion design and animation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and build reusable creative automation templates in Adobe After Effects and Figma.
• Turn Figma designs into static and motion Smartly Creative templates.
• Carry out various design tasks to support our Creative Automation team.

SKILLS & PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

Design & Technical

• Experience in the motion design and animation industry or similar demonstrable experience.
• A good working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
• A good understanding of the core features of Figma including components instances and variables.

Attitude & Personality

• Proactive and self-motivated with strong initiative.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Eager to learn and develop new and existing skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Independent and confident but works well with others.
• Process-driven and a great communicator.

Nice to have;

• Exposure to Creative Automation.
• Experience working with Smartly Creative.
