Brief summary of positions purpose or role the primary objective of the role 遵照公司要求负责工厂原材料成品和其他物资的物流操作外部协调和日常管理包括进出 口贸易合规国内运输以及相关 SAP 系统操作
Responsibilities
Describe the key tasks / activities that are necessary to fulfil the purpose of the role remember these actions should not be key goals these should be reviewed and allocated annually as part of the performance development program
严格遵守相关法律法规确保各项工作符合相关要求
遵守和贯彻公司 HSE 制度及相关管理要求达到 0-0-0 目标
负责 ZJG MUS 贸易合规满足内审和外审要求
制定并执行 HPMT/ZUOP/EC 物流相关管理程序达到 KPI 要求
跟踪原材料和产品的物流情况与货代客服或客户等保持沟通及时掌握物流状况信息
作为工厂对内的物流联络和操作人员负责内部物流的沟通协调和事务操作
负责物流费用相关的工作根据要求进行计划审核和提报等并配合部门经理做好成本控 制工作
配合采购参与物流供应商的甄选协调评估和必要的管理工作
协调物流供应商的现场管理协助外来人员和车辆的 HSE 和物流控制
按相关程序要求进行文档使用和管理保证准确完整和正确归档
积极参与推行 HOS 完成相关工作包括现场 5S可视化管理等并提出合理化建议
负责做好部门经理交办的其他事项
Qualifications
大学本科
5 年进出口物流工作经验有化学品工作经验优先
熟练使用电脑办公软件excel 表
良好的英文沟通能力
有 SAP 使用经验者优先
善于跨部门沟通
抗压能力强
