To further strengthen our Corporate Legal & Compliance Unit we are looking for a

Specialist Compliance Internal Controls & Risk Management (f/m/d)
(Hybrid in Cologne or remote within Germany / Full-time / Permanent contract)

Your Responsibilities

• Responsible for the setup further development and implementation of our group-wide Compliance Management System

• Development maintenance and governance of policies codes of conduct and process guidelines

• Conducting compliance risk assessments and deriving effective preventive and control measures

• Planning and delivering compliance training and awareness formats for employees and leadership

• Establishing documenting and continuously improving the internal control system (ICS) in collaboration with Finance & IT

• Performing control testing effectiveness reviews and supporting internal and external audits

• Overall responsibility for company-wide risk management including risk assessments risk register and reporting

Your Profile

• Completed university degree e.g. in Business Law Business Administration Law or a comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in at least two of the following areas: Compliance Management Internal Controls (ICS) Risk Management

• Proven experience in drafting and implementing policies control mechanisms and governance structures

• Strong understanding of structural procedural and organizational frameworks

• Ideally knowledge in information security or cybersecurity (e.g. DORA NIS-2)

• Analytical and structured working style with clear communication skills even when dealing with complex topics

• Fluent in German and English
