Revenue Operations Manager (fmd)

• Design andoptimisescalable workflows across the entire revenue funnel from Marketing to Sales to Customer Solutions
• LeadRevOpsinitiatives from problem definition to implementation with a focus on measurable business impact
• Build forecasts dashboards and BI reporting to support strategic financial and commercial decision-making
• Support business planning and controlling through data-driven analysis and financial modelling
• Ensure clean and scalable CRM processes in HubSpot including data quality and automation
• Identifybottlenecks simplify processes and improve operational efficiency across teams

• You have 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations or related GTM operations roles
• You are analytical and enjoy forecasting financial modelling data crunching and BI reporting
• You bring strong commercial acumen and understand the business context behind revenue decisions
• You enjoy building scalable systems workflows and CRM structures in HubSpot
• You are hands-on with automation and processoptimisation
• You think cross-functionally and understand how Marketing Sales and Customer Solutions work together
