Were looking for a passionate energetic and people-oriented individual to join us in a temporary Office & Employee Experience role covering maternity leave starting in July 2026 based in our Tel Aviv office (4 days in-office with flexibility for 5 when needed).

In this role youll be at the heart of our Tel Aviv office - owning the day-to-day workplace experience while creating meaningful moments that bring people together and strengthen our culture.

What youll do

• Own the day-to-day office experience and ensure everything runs smoothly
• Be the go-to person for employee needs
• Plan and execute events and employee experience initiatives
• Manage vendors logistics and office operations
• Work with budgets track expenses and manage invoices
• Use modern tools (including AI) to improve workflows and experiences

What you bring

• 12 years of experience in office management or HR Operations (startup a plus)
• Passion for creating experiences and producing impactful events
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English
• Detail-oriented proactive and solution-driven
• A true people person with a positive can-do attitude
