Own and drive the end-to-end cutover strategy for SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation programs
Build and manage a comprehensive integrated cutover plan spanning SAP non-SAP data infra and business activities
Define and optimize production downtime windows in collaboration with BASIS and infrastructure teams
Lead pre-conversion readiness activities including SUM checks simplification validations and system freeze governance
Plan and execute multiple mock cutovers track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
Orchestrate cross-functional execution across BASIS functional data migration integration security and business teams
Establish and run cutover governance frameworks status reporting and executive dashboards
Drive business readiness and communication strategy for downtime go-live and hypercare phases
Oversee data migration cutover execution ensuring reconciliation completeness and accuracy
Align integration and third-party systems for cutover sequencing interface freeze and activation
Lead go-live command center (war room) manage escalations and ensure successful business transition
Ensure post go-live stabilization through structured hypercare planning
What You Bring to the Table:
10-18 years of SAP experience with at least one end-to-end S/4HANA conversion cutover leadership role
Deep expertise in SAP BASIS SUM/DMO HANA migration transports and system architecture
Strong understanding of SAP functional domains (Finance Logistics Retail Supply Chain)
Proven track record in managing large-scale multi-system global cutovers
Experience with cutover tools MS Project JIRA Azure DevOps SAP SolMan/ALM
Knowledge of SAP Activate and Agile/Hybrid delivery models
You Should Possess the Ability to:
Lead high-pressure go-live scenarios with strong ownership and decision-making
Manage complex dependencies across technical functional data and infrastructure streams
Drive multi-vendor coordination and enforce governance across distributed teams
Deliver downtime optimization strategies through iterative mock runs
Communicate clearly with CXOs leadership and business stakeholders
Develop detailed runbooks execution trackers and real-time dashboards
Ensure business continuity and operational readiness during transformation
