About the position

This role exists to build lead and scale a fit-for-purpose global PMO capability across Flora Food Group enabling disciplined high-qualityexecutionof innovation and portfolio prioritiesat scale. As Flora Food Group continues to scale consumer-led innovation globally the business requires stronger orchestration across regions and functions ensuring that complex innovation networks are delivered on time in full and with clear accountability.

The Global PMO Lead serves as the architect and leader of this capability defining the operating model embedding best-in-class ways of working and ensuring delivery excellence across Europe NorthAmericaand Emerging Markets through a hub-and-spoke role reports into the Global VP Product & Portfolio and iscritical to reducing execution riskacceleratingspeed-to-marketand increasingtransparency onresource allocation & constraintsthereforeenabling functional leaders to focus on strategic decision-making rather than coordination.

You are accountable for globalexecutionexcellence and orchestration not for project content ownership. Project leadership and strategic direction remain with Marketing / Business leaders; this role ensures thework lands. Yousetthe system and lead the capability not justmanageprojects. You simplify and enable at scale not add bureaucracy.

Operating at the intersection of strategyexecutionandorganisationalcapability you will act as the single point of accountability for execution excellence across the global innovation and portfolio agendaprovidinga clearview of timelinesrisksand delivery confidence. You will build and lead a hub-and-spoke PMOorganisation with a small but experienced regional PMO team (NA EU EM) delivering locally within a common global framework while ensuring consistency transparency and rigor in how projects are planned governed and delivered across the business.

Whatyoulldo:

Global PMO set-up & leadership

• Define and implement theGlobal PMO framework(governancetoolsmethodologiesstandards).

• Establish ahub-and-spokePMOmodel withclearregionalownershipandinterfaces.

• Build andleadthe PMO organisation(hiring capability developmentcoaching).

• Embedcommon ways of working across regions(timelinesmilestones gatestracking).

• Define and optimise globalgovernance cadences(weekly drumbeats gate reviews escalation forums) with clear decision outputs.

End-to-end global portfolio orchestration

• Ownenterprise-level orchestrationof priority innovation and portfolio initiatives.

• Ensureintegrated timelines across marketsmanaginginterdependenciesandresource constraints.

• Owncritical pathsrisksand trade-offs;driveescalation and decision-making.

• Establishasingle sourceof truth for execution performanceacross priorityblockbusterinitiatives.

• Overseeon-time in-full (OTIF) delivery and post-launch governance including performance tracking and continuous improvement.

Cross-functional leadership & governance excellence

• Act as thecentral coordination layer acrossglobal functions(Marketing R&D Supply ChainFinanceetc.).

• Ensurecross-functionalaccountabilityfor keydeliverables(briefs business cases readiness milestones system inputs).

• Lead preparation ofdecision-readyinputsforgovernance forums (ExCo/ gate reviews).

• Driveexecution discipline andhigh-performance culture ensuring consistency across regions while allowing for local flexibility.
  
  

Capability building & continuous improvement

• Build abest-in-class PMO capability(tools templates playbookstraining).

• Define and trackPMO performance metrics(delivery timelines ROI execution quality).

• Drivecontinuous improvementin leadtimes and ways of working.

• Role-model execution excellencepragmatismand simplification.

What Does It Take to Be Successful

You are an experienced PMO leader with a proventrack recordof building and scaling enterprise-level PMO capabilities in complex cross-functional environments. Youoperateseamlessly at both strategic and operational levels with the ability to define governance and operating models while driving executiontimelinesand risk management.

With 1015 years of experience in FMCG / CPG or similarly complex environments you bring strongexpertisein managing global cross-functional portfolios and driving execution discipline across multiple markets. You are comfortable influencing senior stakeholders includingExCo/ C-suite and have a solid understanding of stage-gate models and innovation lifecycles.

A strong systems thinker you design simple scalable ways of working and bring exceptionalprioritisationorchestrationand delivery focus. You lead through others build capability across regions and hold teams accountable while staying pragmaticresilientandsolution-oriented. You are action-driven thrive in ambiguity and areenergisedby building teamssystemsand structures from the ground up.
