Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Service Cloud solutions from requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch support
- Design and develop custom workflows process builders flows and Apex code to meet complex business needs
- Configure and optimize Omni-Channel to enable intelligent routing of service cases across multiple channels
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to gather analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Ensure system integrity through rigorous testing documentation and adherence to Salesforce best practices
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and administrators
- Maintain and enhance existing Service Cloud configurations to support evolving business demands
Requirements
- 10-15 years of professional experience in Salesforce development and administration
- Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience in full lifecycle Service Cloud implementations
- Proven expertise in Omni-Channel configuration and integration
- Valid Salesforce Administrator certification and Service Cloud Consultant certification (or equivalent)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a BA-level understanding of business processes
- Experience working in hybrid or remote team environments
