About the Role

The Change Analyst HCM is responsible for working with the Change Manager HCM wider change management team and business to support the people side of the implementation of Kinetics single human resources solution Workday across the business.

This role is about making change work in the real world from our People and Safety professionals and support team in depots to our frontline leaders and team members who keep our buses moving. Success will be measured by adoption confidence and practical use of Workday for those that will interact with it not by the quality of slide decks or adherence to a textbook change methodology.

You will work closely with frontline and support services leaders and team members and project teams to ensure the solution fits the way Kinetic actually runs day-to-day.

Key Responsibilities

• Supportthe change approach forWorkdayacross depotsstatesand countries
• Spend timewith key stakeholder groupsto understand realpeoplepracticesand how they will change
• Translate system and process changes into plain English forallteams
• Build strong credible relationships with leadersand change agents
• Supportleaders to confidently lead change locally
• Develop communicationtrainingand support materials for impacted people
• Focus on adoption behaviour change and post-go-live stabilisation

What You Will Bring

• Experience with Workday or similar cloud-based People system (highly regarded but not mandatory)
• Hands-on experience delivering change ingeographically dispersedenvironments
• Strong understanding of depot-based or shift-based workforcesor round the clock operations
• Pragmatic approach to change that adapts to the business context
• Ability to work with ambiguity and pivot quickly in response to business requirements
