Associate Test Engineer
Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
Test Execution
a) Execute test cases under the guidance of Test Engineers or Senior Test Engineers record test results and submit reports.
b) Assist in completing basic test tasks such as functional testing and life-cycle testing.
c) Work with the team to evaluate and manage product performance ensuring smooth test execution.Test Documentation: Organize test data logs and related documents; participate in editing and maintaining test reports.
Environment and Tool Support: Assist in setting up and maintaining test environments; learn the basic operation of automated testing tools.
Tools and Equipment Operation: Properly operate various assembly tools test instruments and fixtures; perform daily maintenance upkeep and storage; maintain cleanliness and order in the laboratory area.
Team Collaboration: Communicate with development and product teams on basic testing issues; progressively build independent work capability.
Other Responsibilities: Follow supervisors work arrangements complete adhoc tasks efficiently and support the team in achieving overall goals.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree or above.
Major: Engineering background with preference for Mechanical or Automation.
English: Good ability to read and write technical documents in English; conversational skills sufficient for communication.
Others: Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office.
Strong learning ability and sense of responsibility; handson skills; able to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a certain level of workload.
