About The Role:
This rewarding opportunity will see you join the Mater Hospital in North Sydney as a Lead Dietitian. This is a 12-month maternity-leave cover role.
You will bring your passion to the role where you will work closely with the Allied Health Managers to ensure a safe effective and efficient Dietetics service.
You will hold a clinical caseload in conjunction with service development activities supervising junior staff orientating new staff and providing education sessions.

About You:
As an outstanding Lead Dietitian you are a master in rapport building communication problem solving conflict resolution and leadership. Your skills will include:
- Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics acceptable to the Dietitians Association of Australia APD status.
- At least 5 or more years of clinical dietetic experience.
- Clinical management and leadership.
- Experience managing patients with enteral feeds and total parenteral nutrition.
- Demonstrated experience in the supervision of dietetic students and providing clinical supervision to Level 1/2 Dietitians

About The Mater:
In this role you will be based at the Mater hospital North Sydney.
One of Sydneys premier private hospitals.
Close by to train stations at North Sydney St Leonards and Crows Nest and buses on Pacific Highway.
The only Australian hospital that is a member of the International Society of Orthopaedic Centres.
Core specialties include Obstetrics Orthopaedics including hip and knee joint replacements bone and sports injuries cardiology cancer care and surgery lung and vascular medicine ear nose and throat surgery urology endocrine surgery and neurosurgery.
