BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
Location: Cordova / East Memphis TN
Setting: In-Clinic Full-Time
Compensation: $80000 $100000 Bonuses $3000 Sign-On
A growing privately owned ABA clinic is opening a brand-new location in Cordova TN serving children ages 18 months to 6 years old with autism in a collaborative in-clinic setting.
This is a rare opportunity to get in early at a new center help build a caseload and play a key role in shaping clinical quality and team culture from the ground up.

What Youll Be Doing
- Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP ABLLS-R Vineland-3 etc.)
- Develop individualized evidence-based treatment plans
- Analyze progress and adjust programming as needed
- Provide weekly parent training and updates
- Supervise RBTs and interns in-center
- Collaborate with leadership to build and maintain a high-quality program
- Coordinate care with in-house Speech and OT providers
- Manage insurance authorizations and clinical documentation
- Maintain a manageable caseload (812 clients)
- Target 25 billable hours per week
Schedule
- MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (with lunch break)
- 100% in-clinic

Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification (BACB)
- BLS/CPR certification
- Strong clinical and leadership skills
- Experience with early intervention preferred
- Ability to be physically active (lifting floor work etc.)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
