Job Summary
The Opportunity
GrowthDesk is seeking a high-calibre Senior Enterprise Business Development to accelerate growth for our FMCG solutions SKALE and Pulse across priority enterprise accounts in the region.
This is a strategic front-line commercial role focused on winning and expanding relationships with Tier 1 FMCG brands. You will lead sophisticated account development efforts shape consultative sales engagements and build strong executive relationships across regional and local stakeholders.
You will go beyond pipeline generation to act as a trusted partner to clients uncovering their most important growth challenges leading solution conversations and crafting tailored proposals that connect our capabilities to tangible commercial outcomes.
This role is suited for an experienced enterprise seller who can confidently lead opportunities from first engagement through to proposal procurement onboarding and regional expansion.
What Youll Do
Own Strategic Enterprise Growth
- Develop and execute account strategies to penetrate and expand Tier 1 FMCG accounts across regional markets
- Identify prioritise and pursue high-value opportunities using a structured account-based approach
- Leverage GrowthDesks AI tools and internal resources to drive intelligent prospecting outreach and engagement across channels such as LinkedIn and email
Lead Consultative Client Engagements
- Lead discovery sessions and consultative presentations with senior client stakeholders across marketing consumer insights innovation commercial and leadership teams
- Diagnose business challenges deeply and credibly uncovering opportunities related to market share growth loyalty category expansion and new market penetration
- Adapt facilitation style and commercial messaging to different market contexts and stakeholder needs
Drive Solution Development & Commercial Proposals
- Lead the development of high-quality consultative proposals tailored to client priorities and business pain points
- Shape end-to-end solutions that bring together GrowthDesks capabilities in a way that is commercially compelling and operationally credible
- Translate client needs into solution frameworks value stories and clear commercial narratives that drive buy-in and momentum
Build Executive-Level Relationships
- Develop a strong understanding of account structures decision-making networks and regional buying dynamics
- Build trust with senior stakeholders and deepen relationships over time to expand coverage across markets and business units
- Serve as a key commercial face of GrowthDesk in high-stakes enterprise conversations
Navigate Complex Enterprise Sales Cycles
- Manage opportunities through long complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and approval layers
- Lead or heavily influence procurement discussions commercial negotiations account onboarding and implementation handover
- Drive rigorous opportunity management forecasting and internal alignment to move deals forward effectively
Qualifications :
This role is open to individuals based in Malaysia Indonesia Philippines or Thailand
What Were Looking For
- 4 - 10 years of experience in enterprise sales strategic business development consulting-led sales partnerships or account leadership
- Proven experience selling into large enterprise organisations ideally in FMCG retail SaaS martech data/analytics marketing solutions (agency) or adjacent sectors
- Strong track record of leading consultative sales conversations and developing tailored commercial proposals
- Ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders and navigate complex organisational structures
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect solutions to strategic business outcomes
- Experience managing regional or multi-market accounts is strongly preferred
- Strong presentation proposal-writing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with procurement enterprise onboarding and complex deal progression is highly valued
