Assistant Manager and Sustainability & Administration

• Assist in planning organizing and executing sustainability initiatives (e.g. Earth Day recycling drives zerowaste campaigns sustainability workshops.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and Accor environmental standards.
• Conduct training and awareness programs for Heartists.
• Prepare reports presentations and documentation related to sustainability and operations.
• Maintain accurate records and track project progress.
• Manage calendars schedule meetings and coordinate appointments for key leaders.

Qualifications :

• Strong knowledge of sustainability practices and environmental management.
• Interest or passion for sustainability environmental responsibility or community initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good in Thai and English with strong communication skills.
• Front Office experience is preferred
