Job Summary
- Welcome and check in/out guests while delivering proactive customer-focused service and promoting loyalty programs
- Take initiative on ways to improve service
- Ensure public areas are well kept and tidy
- Assist with the transport of guests to & from the terminal (if able)
- Communicate requests to departments promptly.
- Upsell reservations/packages
Qualifications :
You will be
- Able to work weekends and demonstrate strong shift flexibility
- Someone with excellent attention to detail
- A confident communicator both over the phone and in person
- Highly aware and able to anticipate and respond to guest needs
- Competent in completing check-ins through the Property Management System
- Experienced in taking payments and balancing EDC
- Someone who engages with guests with genuine compassion and care
