Junior Service Advisor Andrew Simms North Shore

We are now seeking a Junior Service Advisorto join our North Shore team. This role is critical to ensuring service operations run efficiently and seamlessly and delivering a consistently high level of service in the service department.

About the role

• Creating bookings for customers either face to face or over the phone or email
• Be the first line of communication advising client of vehicle repairs throughout the day
• Completing repair orders and other neccessary documentation on arrival of customers
• Explaining all aspects of the job and work carried out ot the customer as well as ensuring that the customer is happy with the explanation of the work carried out
• Creating job cards submitting warranty prior work approvals and invoicing jobs when completed
• Delivering a consistently high level of service
• Liaising with technicians suppliers and sales staff to ensure deadlines are met
• Managing workflow via our various platforms

What youll bring to the role:

• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A background in automotive service parts or workshop coordination would be advantagous
• A calm solutions-focused approach when juggling priorities
• High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality outcomes
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Office products & DMS systems
• A can-do attitude and a good sense of humour we love to have fun!
