Customer Supply Chain Apprentice

• Interface between the customer and our central logistics organisation in all aspects (i.e. replenishment transport and warehouse).
• Proactive tracking and monitoring of customer orders and delivery dates with the aim of ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Implementation follow-up and project management of Solutions for customer requirements.
• Management of automated 2-Way Electronic Data Interchange between Bosch and Customers (i.e. Orders Confirmations etc.).
• Close coordination and collaboration with the sales team.
• Monitoring stock levels proactive follow-up of discrepancies.
• Creation and analysis of KPIs and definition of corrective measures.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Supply Chain; Process improvements using Digitalization and Automation tools.
• Deriving recommendations for action using data analysis/interpretations (e.g. Power BI Power Automate etc.).

Qualifications :

• Education (Bachelor/ Master) in Supply Chain or Related Field.
• Eager to learn about AI Automation Tools Digitalisation and Data.
• Customer Oriented and Passionate about Customer Service.
• Structured and organised with the ability to communicate at several hierarchy levels.
• Negotiation and Presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
• Excellent Microsoft Office and computer skills
• Able to Multitask and be Flexible.
• Able to Travel Domestically and Internationally where needed.
• Interest in Engineering Innovation and / or the Automotive Industry is beneficial.
• Knowledge of SAP Power App.s and previous Supply Chain experience is desirable.
