Job Summary
Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced V&V Strategist to define and lead end-to-end Verification & Validation strategies for next-generation automotive systems.
The role should focus on vehicle validation (includes Performace test NCAP regulations conformity standards).
The role focuses on driving automation continuous testing and functional safety compliance while enabling scalable and efficient V&V practices across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement V&V strategy across system integration and component levels
- Experience in Vehicle validation and homologation tests is mandate
- Establish scalable test automation frameworks and continuous testing pipelines (nightly weekly regression)
- Drive innovation and efficiency in V&V through tools processes and new technologies
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to align V&V practices and ensure high-quality delivery
- Ensure compliance with automotive standards including ISO 26262
- Mentor teams and build V&V competency through structured training and guidance
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong experience in automotive V&V including ADAS systems
- Expertise in safety security and degradation testing
- Proven track record in test automation framework development
- Experience with CI/CT tools: Jenkins Azure Cloud GitHub
- Proficiency in Python C or Java
- Experience with REST/FAST APIs and system integration testing
- Certifications (Preferred)ISTQB Advanced Level (Test Manager / Analyst / Technical)
- Hands-on experience with ISO 26262 lifecycle and compliance
- Knowledge of ASPICE is an advantage
