Skills and Competencies

• 10 years of proven experience with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI) Excel PowerPoint Word and CRM platforms such as Salesforce
• Strong strategic analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert complex data into clear actionable insights
• Demonstrated hands-on experience using generative and agentic AI tools responsibly for analysis summarization and report drafting
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced complex and ambiguous environment while managing multiple priorities
• Strong communication stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across global cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency along with awareness of responsible and ethical AI use.

Education

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Management Finance or a related field
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

Support the Insurance Commercial Strategy team by delivering data-driven analysis and insights to inform growth strategy portfolio decisions and resource allocation across the Insurance Business Unit.

• Analyze customer adoption consumption penetration trends and growth opportunities using central BI dashboards and agreed methodologies
• Partner with the central Business Intelligence team on CAM methodology and leverage dashboards for market sizing and business cases
• Coordinate quarterly resource allocation and portfolio role analysis inputs ensuring quality controls and audit trails
• Deliver churn and business-at-risk analysis working with Product Sales and Customer Success to define mitigation actions
• Contribute to BU portfolio growth strategy through financial analysis market sizing customer and product prioritization.

The Insurance Commercial Strategy team partners with Strategic Planning Product GTM and Sales to drive objective fact-based decision making optimize portfolio performance and support sustainable growth for Moodys Analytics Insurance Business Unit.
