About the role:
- Work across back-end construction matters including litigation arbitration and adjudication processes.
- Assist on disputes arising from major infrastructure and development projects.
- Advise on contract interpretation risk allocation and project-related issues.
- Gain exposure to matters across energy (including renewables) transport utilities and large-scale developments.
- Collaborate with a national team and contribute to high-value multi-jurisdictional matters.
The ideal candidate:
- 4-7 years PQE in construction law ideally with exposure to disputes or back-end matters.
- Experience or interest in major projects infrastructure or engineering-related work.
- Strong drafting and analytical skills with a commercial and practical approach.
- Able to manage competing priorities and work effectively within a team environment.
