KeyResponsibilities

• DevelopandexecutemarketingstrategiestodriveuseracquisitionandretentionforPalmPayPH
• Planandmanagecampaignsacrossdigitalchannels(socialmediaperformanceadsinfluencersSMSetc.)
• Supportofflinemarketinginitiativesincludingactivationspartnershipsandstore-basedpromotions
• Coordinatewithsalesoperationsandproductteamstoensurecampaignalignment
• Monitorcampaignperformanceandprepareregularreports(ROICACconversionratesengagement)
• Conductmarketandcompetitoranalysistoidentifygrowthopportunities
• Managemarketingmaterialscreativesandvendorcoordination
• Supportcustomercommunicationinitiativestoimproveengagementandreducechurncreatespielandcommunicationforcustomer
• AssistinlocalizingcampaignsbasedonPhilippinemarketbehaviorandregulations
• Ensureallmarketingactivitiescomplywithlocalfinancialanddataprivacyregulations

Qualifications

• BachelorsdegreeinMarketingBusinessCommunicationsorrelatedfield
• 25yearsofexperienceinmarketing(fintechtelecome-walletorFMCGpreferred)
• Strongunderstandingofdigitalmarketingchannelsandperformancemarketing
• Experienceinbothonlineandofflinecampaignexecution
• Data-drivenmindsetwithabilitytoanalyzemarketingmetrics
• Strongcommunicationandcoordinationskills
• Abilitytoworkinafast-pacedstartup-likeenvironment
• FamiliaritywithPhilippineconsumerbehaviorandmobilefinanceecosystemisaplus
• Experienceworkingwithcross-functionalteams(salesproductoperations)
