About The Role

This role provides end-to-end governance assurance audit and controls monitoring for Customer Correspondence within Technology and Operations. You will support consistent delivery practices strengthen risk and compliance oversight and improve control frameworks that protect customer outcomes. Working closely with platform squads and risk partners you will help embed disciplined scalable ways of working.

What Youll Do

• Establish maintain and continuously improve governance frameworks that support consistent delivery transparency and risk visibility across the Docs and Notices Platform.
• Provide assurance oversight for correspondence and template changes ensuring activities meet regulatory policy and quality requirements.
• Conduct reviews audits and investigations identifying root causes and implementing practical recommendations that strengthen controls.
• Partner with platform squads risk and compliance teams to align activities to the three lines of defence model and manage incidents effectively.
• Support oversight of initiatives by maintaining governance artefacts reporting and lessons learned in a centralised repository.
• Strengthen delivery excellence by supporting best practice tools training compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.

What Youll Bring

• Experience in governance assurance risk management or compliance roles within complex operational or technology environments.
• Working knowledge of risk management frameworks and assurance practices with experience applying them in a first line of defence setting.
• Capability to conduct audits assurance reviews and investigations translating findings into clear practical remediation actions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to collaborate across delivery risk compliance and operational teams.
• Understanding of regulated environments preferably within insurance financial services or customer communications.
• Analytical skills supported by experience creating reports and insights that inform decision-making and control effectiveness.
