Project Leader (Backend Package R&D)

Role Overview

As a Project Leader responsible for leading a team of project leaders to ensure successful execution of projects within scope timeline cost and quality requirements. The role focuses on strong project governance team leadership and cross-functional coordination to deliver consistent and controlled project outcomes in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.

What You Will Do

• Lead supervise and develop a team of project leaders to achieve project goals

• Define and manage overall project plans in alignment with stakeholders and management

• Ensure projects are executed on time within scope and according to agreed targets

• Monitor project progress provide clear reporting and escalate issues when necessary

• Manage project changes through proper change management processes

• Identify analyze and mitigate project risks (technical cost schedule and quality)

• Build and allocate resources to form an effective and high-performing project team

• Provide operational guidance leadership and conflict resolution within the team

• Ensure compliance with quality standards including IATF 16949 requirements

• Support IATF audits and related preparations

• Collaborate with Finance on DFPC (Die Free Package Cost) and cost planning

• Continuously drive improvement efficiency and innovation in project execution

What You Will Need

• Bachelors degree in Engineering.

• At least 6 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment

• Strong project management and leadership experience

• Knowledge of process engineering and manufacturing workflows

• Experience in risk management and problem-solving in complex projects

• Familiarity with quality systems especially IATF 16949

• Experience in PFMEA and manufacturing quality tools

• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills

• Good communication skills and ability to work across teams

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

• Strong leadership mindset: results-driven proactive and team-oriented
