Job Summary
Job Description:
- To handle the Compliances under the Companies Act 2013 and other Corporate Laws
- Well versed with SEBI Listing Regulations SEBI (PIT) Regulations and other SEBI regulations etc to handle the compliance of Listed entities.
- Support in conducting Board meetings Boards Committee Meetings & Annual/ Extra-ordinary General Meetings;
- Drafting of Agenda and Minutes for the several meetings of Directors of Listed Companies and private companies;
- Drafting Annual Reports of Listed Companies and Private Companies;
- Handling of communication with various regulatory authorities shareholders and other stakeholders;
- Ensuring statutory compliances including filing of various forms for Private Companies
