Business Development Manager Datacenter
Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Manager in the Data Centers segment to strategically develop new business in one of the fastest-growing markets in Brazil and Latin America.
This position is key to expanding our presence in the Data Center ecosystem (Big Techs and Hyperscalers) working from the initial phases of projects influencing technical specifications and building solid relationships with key players in the sector.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and capture new business opportunities in the Data Center market in Brazil and Latin America.
Work predominantly externally focusing on prospecting relationship building and influencing strategic projects.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with:
o Big Techs (Latam and USA) and Hyperscalers
o EPCs Construction Companies Integrators and Engineering companies;
o Utilities Sector Associations and Regulators
Influence technical and commercial decisions from the initial phases of projects increasing the probability of success.
Develop and manage a qualified project pipeline ensuring visibility and predictability for the organization.
Work in an integrated manner with internal areas and Business Units (Electrification Digital Solutions and Power Grid) promoting cross-selling and complete solutions offer.
Monitor market trends regulatory opportunities and tax incentives applicable to the sector.
Contribute strategic insights for product development (NPI) and solution roadmap.
Prepare analyses reports and presentations for executive leadership.
Who are we looking for
We are looking for professionals with the following skills and motivations:
Bachelors degree in Engineering Computing or related fields.
Postgraduate degree or MBA is a plus.
Experience
Solid experience in Business Development Technical Sales or Market Development.
Experience in sectors such as Datacenters infrastructure and energy.
Experience in consultative negotiation complex projects and long sales cycles.
Previous experience in environments with multiple stakeholders.
Knowledge and Languages
Advanced English.
Spanish desirable.
