Customer Support Specialist – Dutch Market | Remote Portugal

Were hiring for a fully remote customer support role based anywhere in mainland Portugal. Youll be supporting Dutch-speaking customers for one of the most recognized tech brands in the world -probably the device is in your pocket right now.

What youll be doing
Youll be responsible for the customer journey - from the moment something goes wrong with an order to the moment its resolved. That means:

• Handling customer queries via phone email and chat

• Managing returns refunds and payment transactions

• Investigating delivery issues and coordinating with carriers and couriers

• Reviewing orders and handling business-related requests

• Working with financial institutions and internal teams when needed

• Applying PCI and GDPR standards when handling sensitive customer data

• Using an internal Knowledge Base to identify complex cases and escalate them to the right team

• Shifts run on rotation Monday to Sunday between 07:00 and 00:00 40 hours per week.

What you bring

• Native or near-native Dutch (Mandatory)

• English at B2 level (training and internal communication are in English)

• An eye for detail and enough confidence to make decisions without someone looking over your shoulder

• Comfortable working towards personal and team KPIs

• Back-office or SAP experience is a big plus but were not going to turn you away for not having it
  
  

What you need to have in place

• Living in mainland Portugal

• Valid NIF number and CRUE registration

• A stable internet connection at home

• Gross salary between 1500 and 1600/month depending on working days and your performance bonus
